The Process

Here are the different steps of the process employed to do the executive search.

Assessment

We would conduct an extensive consultation regarding your needs for the vacant executive position. We would develop a clear view of your organization, your business goals, and culture. We would carefully analyze why the position is attractive to potential candidates.

Ideal candidate profile

An ideal candidate profile is developed according to the parameters of the search. We would craft communication materials describing the organization and the opportunity for prospective candidates.

Using our network

Next, we mobilize our extensive network to conduct background analysis supporting the search. We use our vast experience to gain critical insight into candidate’s wants and needs.

4.

Initial screening

We would screen all potential candidates thoroughly. We will examine their qualifications, verify their performance and formulate an appraisal for their strengths and weaknesses. Initial meetings are conducted with shortlisted candidates. At each stage, you would be kept in the loop. Feedback from all parties will be obtained and monitored to find the right fit.

5.

Negotiations

Both clients and candidates can be involved in the benefits of negotiating an equitable package. We have vast experience in deciphering industry level compensation.

6.

Final step

The successful candidate is appointed and starts work. TalentMixx continues to remain a partner for 60-90 days after the candidate’s start date. This ensures a smooth onboarding process and satisfaction for both the client and candidate.

Retained Search

This type of search is for senior executives and involves a significant amount of time and resources. The search is exclusive and requires a RETAINER FEE, paid in three installments: 1/3 payment up front, 1/3 payment half-way through the search or an agreed upon timeframe, and the final balance is paid at the end. A projected salary will be agreed upon, and the retainer fee determined and paid to TalentMixx to initiate the search. The retainer fee is non-refundable, however the search includes a replacement guarantee. The balance of the fee is due after the candidate’s start date (the first day of work for your company) and within a certain number of days to initiate the guarantee period.

This type of search applies to all other top talent positions and requires an ENGAGEMENT FEE up front and the final balance is paid at the end. A projected salary is agreed upon, and the engagement fee determined and paid to TalentMixx to initiate the search. The engagement fee is non-refundable, however the search includes a replacement guarantee. The balance of the fee is due after the candidate’s start date (the first day of work for your company) and within a certain number of days to initiate the guarantee period.
